Amanda Blevins, Family Nurse Practitioner, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University and attended graduate school at King University, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing. Amanda is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She comes to Faculty Internal Medicine from having worked in primary care in a small rural clinic in Grainger County, Tennessee. Her interests include primary care, preventative medicine, and patient education
Prior to her nursing career, Amanda worked in business for eight years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter; going to the lake, traveling, and being active in their church.
