Setting Up An Appointment

Patients should call in advance to schedule appointments so that adequate time can be allowed for each visit. Two days prior to your appointment, our automated system will call with a reminder of the appointment date, time, and location. Please let us know if you will not be able to make your appointment as scheduled.

New patients should arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time to complete our electronic check-in.

Established patients should arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to complete our electronic check-in.

If you have an after-hour emergency, A doctor is on call after office hours, during weekends, and on holidays. We ask that you limit these calls to emergencies or serious illnesses.  There may be a $25 charge for after hour calls.

Please note, medications will not be refilled by the on-call doctor.

Phone Hours: Our Phone hours are 8:00-4:00 Monday – Thursday and 8:00 – Noon on Friday.

For severe situations, go immediately to the nearest emergency room and have your physician contacted.
