Kim R. Emmett, MD

Dr. Emmett is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She graduated from medical school from the University of Kentucky in 1987 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in 1990. She completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of Kentucky Medical Center and Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in 1992.
Dr. Emmett brings expertise in Geriatric Medicine to West Knoxville and to our inpatient medical service.
She enjoys reading and music. She is married with two children.
