Emma Stewart
Emma Stewart, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University. She then went to graduate school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center to obtain her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing in Acute Care and Adult Gerontology. She then received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Emma is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Emma’s previous nursing experience has been in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and the Medical Critical Care Unit, where she received the Guardian Award for her patient care. Emma’s professional interests include primary care, prevention management, and palliative care.
